Artist's Description
Taughannock Falls is framed in a heart of fall foliage. Taughannock Falls is located near Trumansburg, New York and Ithaca, New York, home of Cornell University and Ithaca, College. I have visited this gorgeous waterfall many times over decades, and never have I seen a heart shaped by the fall leaves. This was truly a serendipitous sight!

I have long enjoyed traveling with my husband across the United States to photograph and enjoy wildlife and nature. A retired elementary school teacher, I hold a masters degree in Arts Integration. My retirement from teaching means more time to spend photographing the wildlife and landscapes of the Rocky Mountains and the American West. Sharing the stories of the wild mustangs of the west is a particular passion of mine. To spend time photographing wild horses is a dream come true. Recently, we moved to Bella Vista in NW Arkansas.
